Our Payment Structure and Stage-Based Pricing for Complex Immigration Matters, Appeals, Bail, Deportation and Judicial Review


At Lawson Hunte Immigration Services, we ensure a transparent and straightforward payment structure for all our services. To provide you with clarity and security, we charge for our immigration services in stages. Payment for each stage must be made in advance and in full before any work can progress to the next stage.


  • Applications with no overstaying are charged have Fixed Fees  
  • Complex applications including appeal matters are charged for in stages.


The stages are clearly set our on this website to help you to see the breakdown. Our contract will outline the work covered by the payment made for that stage. Once the work for the current stage is complete, you will be informed, and the matter will either:  Progress to the next stage, or Conclude if no further action is required.

  • Recording: Your consultation will be recorded, and you’ll receive a copy of the recording to keep for future reference.

  1. Initial Case Assessment with merits, grounds of appeal and initiating appeal 
  2. Preparing Witness Statement for the Appellant 
  3. Documenting and Preparing the Appeal Bundle
  4. Instructing Expert Evidence (If required), (cost of expert report not included) 
  5. Preparing Skeleton Argument, Appeal Brief and Chronology 
  6. Instructing your Counsel and liaising with them prehearing and during the hearing (does not include fees to your Counsel/Barrister).
  7. Attendance at your Case Management Review 
  8. Dealing with Adjournments 
  9. Post hearing actions.
  10. If unsuccessful, assess further legal options, including appeals to the Upper Tribunal or Judicial Review.
